Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

In order to make a return or change, consider the following:

• The packaging of the shipment must be secure in order to prevent any damage during transport.
• The company is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return.
• If you return a product, it must be in excellent condition, as delivered, in its original packaging and with all the certificates of authenticity that may accompany it and must not have been used. In case the product is accompanied by a gift, it should be returned with the product.
• The products should have all their stickers stuck, be unused and in their original condition.
• Cases are considered part of the products and must be returned with their glasses.
• The date of receipt of your order with the date of return should not exceed 14 working days.
• Shipping costs (shipping and return) if the product is not defective are borne by the customer. In any case, only the cost of the product is refunded, and not the shipping and cash on delivery costs.
• In case the product proves to be defective, the shipping costs (shipping and return) will be borne entirely by the company. Changes to non-defective products are only accepted once.
• The color difference between the product and the photo is not considered a defect and may be due to the lighting conditions when shooting or the brightness of your screen.
• Goods that are specially ordered (such as toric, astigmatic, multifocal lenses and specific glasses) are not returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has the right for only 1 (one) time, within 14 days of receipt of the product, to withdraw in writing from the market, sending by e-mail as well as using the contact form or telephone.

CHANGE POLICY

• In order to make changes, the product must be returned to our store by Courier in the condition you receive it and you must inform us by phone with which product you wish to be replaced.
• No changes are made to contact lenses and cleaning solutions after opening the package.
• No changes are made to the lenses that have already been installed according to your order, in the frame you have chosen.
• No changes are made to products that have been specially ordered by the manufacturer at your request.
